Oh, summer, where art thou?

Seriously. Does anyone know where to find the pause button around here?? It really feels like just yesterday was June 1st and we were celebrating my friend Caitlin's birthday. Then, BOOM, it's the eve of my own birthday. I seriously have no idea what has happened to this summer. Have I been in a coma for most of it? I blinked and it's over. Perhaps I will blink and there will be snow on the ground. And Christmas music in the air. Not that that's all bad. Just sayin'.
